About
Alfred Beltran.
Miami native. Licensed in 1994 at 22. I find the deal. I fight the number. I close it. English and Spanish.
Age 13, in the field
My father, Ernesto Beltrán, ran the land surveying firm E. Beltrán & Associates. He put me on sites for development and renovation. That is how I learned Miami-Dade — block by block, not from a brochure.
1994. Then Keyes. Then the work.
I left the family firm after I was licensed and joined The Keyes Company in 1995. I bought, renovated, and sold. In 2004 I co-founded The Commercial Investment Group, the commercial arm of Keller Williams Realty Premier Properties in Kendall — site selection, acquisition, contracts, and the architects and engineers. In 2005 CIG booked more than $97 million in commercial sales in Coral Gables alone.
Commercial. Early 2000s.
The $97 million in 2005 and the larger career figure were commercial — office, multifamily, and condo conversions — in that era. Not a current residential scoreboard. The Beltran Group Realty, LLC is the only name on this site.
Coral Gables. Miami Beach. Brickell. Sunny Isles.
$1 million and above. New construction, resale, and condo conversions. I am not the developer. I do not farm luxury listing desks.
